Crazy, right?! Well, I&#8217;ve just reached 6,800 words on my third day! I&#8217;m working on an original fic that I&#8217;ve been mulling over for a couple of years \u2014 a young adult novel, with a steampunk twist on old fairytale. So the goal of NaNoWriMo is to come out of November with at last a good beginning to a personal work. So&#8230;. that&#8217;s what&#8217;s holding up the next chapter. But don&#8217;t worry, Chapter 28 will be up soon. I have one more fight scene, then it&#8217;s done!
